✦Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a photo ID, and anyone under 18 must present a birth certificate. If the minor is not accompanied by parents, a notarized authorization letter along with a copy of the parents' documents is required. (Ask for the authorization template.)✦After check-out, guests can no longer access the club. This is a condominium rule!

✦At check-in, each guest receives a wristband and an access card for the Jardins diRoma Park. (There is a fee for lost wristbands, please check with reception);

✦If the apartment is available and clean, guests may enter as early as 12:00 PM to access the water park before regular check-in at 2:00 PM.

**Note: Dishwashing is not included (only floor and bathroom, plus replenishing toilet paper and soap). Please bring your own sponge and dish detergent!

✦ We have self check-in… and a 24-hour front desk to assist you with your check-in.

✦ Apartment maintenance: Requests must be made directly at the front desk and are scheduled for the day (check with reception). The apartment will be inspected after check-out, and any damages will be charged.

****IMPORTANT INFORMATION*****

△ Voltage: 220 Volts;

△ USAGE FEE: Lacqua Di Roma hotel charges a common area fee (wristband fee) of R$ 5.00 per person, payable at check-in.

△ No bed linen or towels are included (pillow, blanket, sheet, pillowcase, bath mat, or towel). Linen and towels can be brought or rented (R$ 100.00 FEE) for the entire stay, with no daily change, and WITHOUT pool towels or throws.

△ Kitchen utensils must be left clean, as their cleaning is not included in daily housekeeping. Please notify us in advance if any items are broken or damaged so we can replace them for the next guest and assess if there will be an additional charge;

△ MEALS: No meals or drinks are included in the rate.

***Note: You can prepare your own meals in the apartment—there is a refrigerator, stove, pots, cutlery, and plates...

If you prefer, we have restaurants available for guests within Lacqua diRoma, serving meals that can be paid for by guests. (Check prices)

****CONDO RULES*****

△ Bringing food and beverages into the leisure and pool areas is not allowed, except after midnight, when the bars are closed. However, no beverages are allowed in glass containers at any time. Food and beverage consumption is permitted inside the apartment.

△ The use of any kind of barbecue or smoking items such as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or hookahs is forbidden inside the apartment. A R$ 500.00 fine will be charged for violations, and your access cards to the leisure complex will be blocked;

△ Kitchen utensils must be left clean, as this is not included in daily housekeeping; (R$ 100.00 fine if not observed.)

△ PETS of any kind are not allowed;

△ The use of speakers or amplifiers is not allowed in any hotel area.

△ Stained towels or any other household linen will incur a charge of R$ 100.00 per item;

△ PARTIES and/or EVENTS are NOT permitted

△ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
