Spazzio diRoma with access to diRoma Acqua Park

CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM (Departure from the apartment and pools)

✦ For your convenience during check-in, our reception desk is open 24 hours a day;

✦ At check-in, every guest must present an official ID. For minors up to 18 years old, a birth certificate is required. If the minor is not accompanied by their parents, a notarized authorization and copies of the parents’ documents are required. (Ask for an authorization template.)

✦ At check-in, each guest receives their wristband and their access card to the Acqua Park. (There is a fee for lost wristbands; check at the reception desk);

✦ All children are welcome. They must be included in the total number of guests, regardless of age, including infants;

✦ After check-out, guests will no longer have access to the WATER PARK or the apartment. The condominium’s policy is to block access cards and apply a fine of R$500.00;

✦ SPAZZIO DIROMA guests have free access to diRoma Acqua Park / Splash for the entire stay period;

***NOTE: YOUR ACCESS TO THE WATER PARK ENDS AT CHECK-OUT;

***NOTE: The park is 200 meters from Spazzio diRoma;

***NOTE: Park hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (you can stay until 6:00 PM) for "Acqua Park" and "Splash". "Slide" is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, there is bingo and live music at Parque Slide;

***NOTE: "DIROMA ACQUA PARK (SPLASH/SLIDE)" is closed for maintenance on Thursdays, EXCEPT in January, July, and on holidays.

The flat will be inspected after check-out, and any damages will be charged.

✦ Apartment maintenance: Maintenance requests should be made directly at Reception, and will be scheduled for the day (check with Reception).

***** CONDOMINIUM RULES ****

△ ATTENTION!!! USAGE FEE: Piazza Di Roma Condominium charges a common use fee (wristband fee) of R$10.00 per person.

△ Voltage 220V;

△ The use of any grill or tobacco-related items, such as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or hookahs, inside the flat is prohibited. Violation will result in a R$500.00 fine and restricted access to the leisure complex;

△ NO pets allowed of any size;

△ Any stained towels or linen will incur a charge of R$100.00 each;

△ Meals, transportation, personal hygiene products, and cleaning items (soap, sponge, mop, etc.) are not included;

**NOTE: Breakfast and other meals can be purchased and paid for directly at the hotel restaurant;

△ PARTIES and/or events are not allowed;

△ Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

△ Bringing food and drinks into the pools or water parks is not allowed.
