✦ For your convenience at check-in, we have a receptionist available 24 hours a day to assist you;

✦ Please note that at check-in, all guests are required to present their ID card, or a birth certificate for companions up to 18 years old. If a minor is not accompanied by their parents, a notarized authorization and copies of the parents' documents are required. (Request the authorization template at the reception.)

✦ At check-in, each guest receives a wristband and an access card to the Acqua Park. (There is a fee for lost wristbands, check with reception);

✦ All children are welcome. They must be included in the total number of guests, regardless of age; even infants count toward occupancy;

✦ After check-out, guests will no longer have access to the club or the apartment; these are condominium rules!!

*****GUEST ACCESS:

✦ Guests at Piazza diRoma have free access to diRoma Acqua Park / Splash throughout their stay;

***NOTE: The park operates as follows: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (you can stay until 6:00 PM) "Acqua Park" and "Splash" are open. "Slide" is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM there is bingo and music at the Slide Park;

***NOTE: "DIROMA ACQUA PARK (SPLASH/SLIDE)" is closed on Thursdays for maintenance, EXCEPT in January, July, and on holidays.

***NOTE: There is now a fun little train that runs hourly, taking guests from the hotel to the park and back, even though the park is only 400m away. It is meant to help the elderly, mothers with small children, or anyone who prefers easier transport.

✦ Housekeeping service: You are entitled to daily housekeeping service,

***NOTE Kitchen utensils must be left clean, as cleaning them is not included in daily housekeeping. Please notify us in advance of any damaged or broken utensils so we can replace them for the next guest and assess if there will be any additional charges. The apartment will be inspected after your departure and any damage will be charged.

✦ Apartment maintenance: Maintenance requests must be made directly at Reception. Service is subject to schedule, check at the reception.

✦ Parking: You are entitled to park one passenger vehicle (rotating space);

✦ Extra crib (check for availability)

✦ Wi-fi (ask for the password at reception)

✦ Shuttle train (Little train to take guests to and from Acqua Park / Splash during the entire stay)

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION **** CONDOMINIUM RULES**

△ ATTENTION!!! USAGE FEE: Condominium Piazza Di Roma charges a common use fee (wristband fee) of R$ 10.00 per person. This must be paid MANDATORILY at check-in, via cash, Pix, credit, or debit cards. The fee is valid for the entire stay and is non-refundable even in case of early departure. Failure to pay the fee will prevent check-in, and there will be no refund for the stay.

△ Voltage 220 Volts;

△ The use of any type of barbecue grill and any smoking items, such as: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and hookahs, inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in a R$ 500.00 fine and the access cards to the leisure complex will be blocked;

△ NO animals of any size are allowed;

△ For each stained towel or linen item, a charge of R$ 100.00 will be applied per piece;

△ Parties and/or events are NOT allowed

△ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

△ Bringing food and drinks to the pools is NOT allowed

**** ITEMS NOT INCLUDED:

△ Bed and bath linen is NOT included (blanket, sheet, pillowcase, mat, and towel). Bed and bath linen may be brought by guests or rented (R$ 100.00 FEE) for the entire stay, with no daily exchange, and NO pool towels or throws provided. We provide pillows;

△ Meals, transfers, personal hygiene, and cleaning items (soap, sponge, mop, etc.) are NOT included;

△ Meals are not included in the daily rate;

***NOTE: Breakfast or other meals can be arranged and paid for directly at the hotel restaurant.
